Soufiane is the accessibility expert of Inclusion Europe. Soufiane works closely with the European Platform of Self-Advocates, and represents European self-advocates on the Council of Inclusion International.

Milan Šveřepa
Deinstitutionalisation Expert
Milan is the director of Inclusion Europe.
In 2017-2019 he was a co-chair of the EEG.
Before arriving at Inclusion Europe and Brussels, he worked on deinstitutionalisation and on planning of social care services in Czechia and other countries.
For the work on deinstitutionalisation he received the Project Manager of the Year 2013 award in Czechia.

Deinstitutionalisation and Person-Centred Planning Expert
Milena has over 30 years of experience in the social sector, focusing on promoting human rights and inclusion for people with disabilities and mental health issues. She is experienced in person-centered planning and delivered training on this subject.
Currently, she works as a consultant at Alliance for Individuakised Support and as a deinstitutionalisation expert at Inclusion Europe.

Sandra supports the European Platform of Self-Advocates (EPSA) since 2011 and is experienced in supporting self-advocates and self-advocacy groups.She has been a trainer for more than 20 years, delivering training on self-advocacy, community inclusion, cognitive accessibility and communication.She has been advocating for the rights of persons with intellectual disabilities for more than 30 years.
